yay for circle marquee! haha

Also something else I do- after i create the marquee (the circle) I go to Edit- Stroke (about 2-3px) and stroke it in a dark color (meaning the outside edge is colored only- since eyes have dark rings around the iris). Then on a layer BELOW the Stroked line, I fill and then LOCK TRANSPARENCY- (so ONLY the colored pixels can be altered). That way everything I color stays INSIDE the eye keeping it perfectly round. After i'm done i just merge the Stoke and the eye or delete if i prefer without the ring
